Our members have access to two membership levels, basic and professional. Each level is designed with the needs of our customers in mind and they reflect our individualized approach to delivering optimal support.

Basic Membership

Benefits

Get priority responses without dragging out projects (for support submissions that require less than 4 hours of work).
Access to the Fundamentals Level 1-day training courses (Required to qualify for a basic membership)
20% discount on project-based support service fees
20% discount on training courses and seminars fees
Access to members-only WLAB online resource library

Annualized Investment

$12,000/year (up to 5 seats)
$20,000/year (up to 10 seats)

Note: Work more than 4 hours will be billed at $200/hour. Fundamental Level 1-day training course fees are $1,000 per seat, and with your basic membership, you can attend one of these courses for free.

Professional Membership

Benefits

Basic membership benefits plus:
Received priority support on tasks requiring research and/or analysis for up to 8 hours.
Access to Advanced Level 3-day training courses (Required to qualify for professional membership)

Annualized Investment

$24,000/year (up to 5 seats)
$44,000/year (up to 10 seats)

Note: Work in excess of 8 hours will be billed at $200/hour. Advance Level 3-day training course fees are $3,000 per seat, and with your professional membership, you can attend one of these courses for free.

Project-BaseD Engagement

We are ready to work with you, whether it is a one-time project or as one of our members. The following are some common types of projects we engage in: 

  • Placement of a dedicated subject matter expert in a customer project team to perform a defined role
  • Provision of advisory and support services to a project team or event
  • Creation, publication, submission, and presentation delivery of technical papers or articles
  • Completion of task-specific requests based on client needs
